Dr. Fault took care of my mother for many years. It is through tears that I write that she passed away June 6th, in Lake Charles, LA. She had an appointment with Dr. Faulk but did not make, due to her rapid decline. But she loved Dr. Faulk. He was the only doctor she trusted. I am grateful for the wonderful care that Dr. Faulk and his nursing staff provided to my mom. She is an Angel now. We miss her terribly but grateful she is no longer in pain. Thank you Dr. Faulk.
