A terrible place the Timber Club uses to sue tenants for no reasons. Do not leave the apartment until you get sued, because you do not have any obligation to pay for attorney fees or court fees until you lose in a trial. All the information that this law firm gives you about paying for the fee is false. And they have an automated voice mail so that they do not have to answer the tenant's calls.

Terrible place, apartments use them to to set way to high payments that people who are already behind cant afford, they wont answer calls if you call them, and they dont answer emails unless its beneficial to them, I highly recommend moving if you get sent to them unless you have an extra 5k to pay them in 30 days witch if you get sent to them you obviously dont... idk how these people sleep at night knowing they have everyone else to stressed to sleep
