From our first visit to Randall’s Heating we were searching for a new form of heating for our home and Shaun was very knowledgeable and helpful. Each visit to Randall’s we received a friendly greeting as we walked in the door. All phone calls and emails regarding quotes and payments were extremely efficient. Shaun was able to advise electrical and building assistance for our purchase and we have found this extremely helpful. We cannot wait to receive our central heating and new electric heater to replace our wood heater. 😃

The staff at Randall Heating were very helpful and friendly with the whole process of purchasing my new woodheater,from the initial phone call about the heater to the assistance given by the 2 gentleman who were working the Saturday morning (5/9/26) with loading etc..thankyou, I would definitely recommend anyone who is looking around for a quality heater to give Randall Heating a thought. Excellent friendly service delivery & professional advice. The installation of a retro fit Escea Gas fire went without a hitch. Given the amount of time required for the job, the quote was very reasonable. We certainly appreciated Matt's attention to detail & his disciplined but friendly demeanour.
