Caleb came and Serviced my AC he did a very good job today.
Caleb did a wonderful job checking our unit’s today! So appreciate him and his hardworking!
I called for service on my furnace -it was working but had an error code blinking. The call center said it would be a $99 service fee or you could join their yearly membership for $150, and then any future service calls would be free. Service call is only them coming to diagnose the problem. Work and parts are not included. I agreed to the membership because I have several projects on the horizon. All the technicians you have sent me have been very considerate, tidy, and polite, and I have every reason to think highly of their work. The one who came today, was very helpful, going out of his way to get information I asked for. I have been extremely pleased with your service for many, many years.
Arrived home in late afternoon & house was warm inside. Called Randall Heating and Cooling, Geoffrey came out within an hour, expeditiously diagnosed the problem, replaced the bad part, and we were cool again. So appreciative of the quick response and superior work. Simply the best!!
