Everyone has a bad day. But weeks apart it's no accident. The woman who sits at the middle desk is unpleasant and irritated. I called 2 weeks ago to change 2 appts. Whoever I spoke with changed both. Today was Dr. GALES appt, except it wasn't. Never was changed. I know she was not responsible but other then appearing annoyed at me she might have said she was sorry it happened or she'd let a manager know. He is one of the best and most thorough and compassionate doctors I have ever had. Highly recommend
Doctor Gale is the best. He is beyond knowledgeable and capable. He is a straight shooter but ALWAYS has his patient's best interest in mind. He walked me through what needed to be done as far as surgery. Then he gave me several options on what to do next. Always respectful and responsive. He's everything you want from a doctor .
My husband & I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Randall Gale today at our check-ups. Really great to meet him - very personable & made us so comfortable - very easy to talk to & so glad that he is now our cardiologist. A great addition to The Summit Cardiology Group
