I have continued to find Dr. Gale to be thorough and personable. I feel comfortable asking any question and I am pleased with the care plan he has given me.
He examined my husband's heart and relayed vital information. Very trustworthy, efficient and informative.
Everyone has a bad day. But weeks apart it's no accident. The woman who sits at the middle desk is unpleasant and irritated. I called 2 weeks ago to change 2 appts. Whoever I spoke with changed both. Today was Dr. GALES appt, except it wasn't. Never was changed. I know she was not responsible but other then appearing annoyed at me she might have said she was sorry it happened or she'd let a manager know.
