I called for my second visit and they said, dr Gilbert is retired. Beware if they visit you for the first time there might be no second time and you will waist your time and money.
When they do answer the phone, which is very rare.....The male staff member answering the phone likes to hang up on you. He is very rude. Needs to work on his customer service. Disrespectful. Frustrating in the least. He has done it more than once. smh......
I was referred to this doctor by my primary doctor and no one has answered the phone or returned my calls requesting an appointment for 2 months. I checked to make sure the number was still correct and that he’s still practicing and it seems so. In my search I read some negative reviews, so I suppose I should be grateful they didn’t take my call. I’m requesting a referral to someone else, now.
