These guys fixed a problem another plumbing company couldn'r or didn't want to mess with. They were prompt, polite, professional, and took care of business when they got here. Very pleased.

I understand a company having a flat fee for coming out to assess a problem, covering the time on the road, gas, etc - but I was charged $155 for two folks to come out and spend five minutes assessing and unclogging my sink with a plunger. I'm assuming that's their hourly rate, but it's really disheartening to feel like you're being charged for a full hour of work when the job literally took 5 minutes, especially with no notice that this is their policy upfront... just doesn't leave me wanting to hire their services again.
