Had a terrible experience with the office staff. Didn’t even get to go to my appointment. I drove over an hour to get there. Filed out paper work and sat down to wait.. waited over an hour and a half with a 1 year old. Finally went to ask how much longer it would take only to be told they forgot to check me in and I couldn’t be seen. Place is a joke!!
Dr dalton and his crew did an amazing job with my little girl she had to have tubes and they did great. every single person was so nice and respectful.
Staff were rude and the nurse lied to me. There were signs up all over the waiting area to supervise your child and not to allow them to touch Christmas decorations- very unwelcoming. I was diaapdisappo that I would not meet the doctor that would do surgery on my baby before surgery day. They were not willing to try and work with my schedule. I was so unsatisfied I cancelled my daughters surgery and will go else where. I don't recommend this practice!
