Called in 9/27 to cancel policy, sent him an email as he stated. Never received a reply so I called him to verify because I was charged and he stated it had been cancelled. Fast forward to 10/30 and I’ve now been charged again and called nationwide direct to learn that he had never cancelled it at all. Agent is clearly a liar and too lazy to cancel after he said he would and is just one more reason I SWITCHED FROM NATIONWIDE.
The best insurance agents ever!!! I have been with them for almost 11 years and will never go anywhere else! ��
