I can't say much on the people but the parking is in the road unless you can get one of the spots in the lot but there's ot enough space to even back up. The first floor was decorated with older photos and a couple chairs. I always like how places use history to catch your attention. Elevators wasn't jumpy like I'm use to so that's a bonus in my eyes also

I went to get my car tags today, and went in wit my id, my husbands id, and my marriage certificate. I went to the first terminal and there was an old lady with white/silver hair. She was extremely unpleasant, and told me i had to have written permission from my husband to get the tags. And i told her what i did have and that my husband was at work and wouldn’t be off until they were already closed. She was short and rude in how she spoke to me.
