I can't say much on the people but the parking is in the road unless you can get one of the spots in the lot but there's ot enough space to even back up. The first floor was decorated with older photos and a couple chairs. I always like how places use history to catch your attention. Elevators wasn't jumpy like I'm use to so that's a bonus in my eyes also
