I have left 5 messages over the last 10 days and have received 0 calls back even though I had a referral that the service was needed. The last two messages were more direct that they were unresponsive to my messages they still ignored my messages. This is cardiology. Maybe someday my widow will get the callback. RETURN MESSAGES EVEN IF YOU CAN’T SCHEDULE A NEW PATIENT. St Luke’s scheduling is horrific

In many ways I believe Dr. Thompson to be an excellent doctor. He is friendly, very knowledgeable and goes so far as to call his patients during the evening as well as on weekends. However, Dr. Thompson can be very slow getting back with patients and does not always follow through on his commitments, a significant shortcoming. I suspect that Dr. Thompson simply has too much on his plate, consequently, important matters do not always get attended to in a timely manner.
