I loved Dr. Frederick, he knows best, he's very polite and most of all smart and does listen. He is the Doctor!
I was seeing another gastro doctor for years. I was not getting better, so I switched to Dr Frederick. He discovered my problem quickly. The other doctor had been treating me for the wrong thing. He contacts me personally to see how I am doing
I went to see Dr. Frederick for the first time in Nov. 2023. I will not be going back to him. After posting on a public forum, it is apparent I am not the only one who has had a negative visit with him. He was not understanding and tried to make me feel stupid. Someone on the forum told me that Gastro One will not let let you switch doctors, if that is the case, then I will not be going back to Gastro One. Dr. Randall Frederick shows professionalism and great bedside manners. He also has a great administrative team who is very friendly at the front desk. I recommend anyone to him that wants their colonoscopy done. I assure you will be treated with respect & care. I needed an extra blanket & he got it himself. He truly has a heart for people.
