I always want records of my dental visits, so I asked them for an invoice. Instead of giving me one right away, they kept making excuses for why they couldn't give me one, and didn't end up giving me one for weeks. The chair I sat in during my dental procedure was pretty uncomfortable. It made my procedure even more unbearable and I couldn't wait until it was over.
