I am only giving 1 star because I can't give a zero. I have been a patient at this office for 26 yrs and my husband has been a patient for 22 yrs we have never had a problem until recently. The office recently changed to Christus Trinity Clinic Hill Country Medical and went down hill from there. I have left several messages for a nurse to call me back on 3 different days several times a day. I also left 3 messages for the office manager to call me back and never received calls back from either. Is this how you treat your pat... read more
Dr Jacks has treated my parents for over 30 years . Never once has he or his staff been anything other than outstanding. The care , compassion , and medical treatment has always been over the top. I recommend Dr.Jacks and his office staff .
