Dr. Jacks is a treasure who will be sorely missed after his retirement. He has taken such good care of me and so many others in our community. Having been in a bad accident ( fractured right hip, tail bone, 3 fractures in pelvic,5 fractured ribs). They had to cut me out of my car. Was in Methodist rehab/stone oak for 20 days. Home on 12/20/25. I bc am am 81 yr widow, living alone. I was told I would have home health care. It is 1/27/25 and not seen anyone except initial visit for patient info. I was also told to call my primary dr for further help ( prescriptions, check high blood pressure, etc). I was told I could make an appt for April. I tried to make nurse that... read more
Dr. Jacks and his staff are always friendly and courteous. He knew exactly what I had going on and what needed to be done to take care of it. I have great confidence in him.
