Rand pools who left my pool light in all winter refuse to fix it plus put my liner in wrong wouldn’t fix it ,brought a hot tub from them it was a disaster
They put in a nice pool. They were very up front about everything and set us up with great contractors for things such as heat and landscape. Yes, pool opening and closing is costly through them, but honestly? They are very busy and very booked with putting an actual pools and as far as I’m concerned, can overcharge for the little things like closing pools. Worse company I have ever dealt with. They don’t answer emails or call, they trespass on your property. They tell you they are calling and they don’t. How are they in business. Hello. We made it clear we needed to be home for the call and you confirmed this, more than once. That is why I call it trespassing. Also chasing for you for a service call for over 4 weeks via phone and email is not jumping through hoops to me. To each their own. Too bad. I like Katie. She is good. Happy holidays.
