Worse company I have ever dealt with. They don’t answer emails or call, they trespass on your property. They tell you they are calling and they don’t. How are they in business. Hello. We made it clear we needed to be home for the call and you confirmed this, more than once. That is why I call it trespassing. Also chasing for you for a service call for over 4 weeks via phone and email is not jumping through hoops to me. To each their own. Too bad. I like Katie. She is good. Happy holidays.

I recently had Rand Pools winterize my pool, and while they completed the job, my experience left much to be desired. In 2022, I paid $485 for the service, and I noticed that the price increased to $540 in 2023. This year, I was shocked to see it jump to $600. I called customer service to discuss a recent price increase, but I found the representative to be quite rude. It was frustrating to feel dismissed when I was seeking clarification. Called and found out store is open till 4 pm. Reached there at 3:50 pm today to pick up some cleaning supplies and store is fully closed. The store was closed much earlier than 3:50 pm. If the business hour is until 4 pm, I would hope the store is open until at least 4 pm.
