Extremely disappointing experience. I scheduled what I understood to be an annual preventative check-up, but was shocked to receive a $500 bill after insurance, coded as a new patient visit—which I never requested. During the appointment, I only spoke with Dr. Rand Nashi for about 10 minutes, mainly to request referrals, which should have been part of a preventative visit.
