Dr. Mark Rand was hired by the Brooklyn Family Court to conduct forensic evaluation involving my four children and the mother. Dr. Rand wrote a ninety page report in his nine months of investigation. The case involved a neglect petition investigation in which a detective was involved, Administration of Children’s Services (ACS) and a preventative Service Worker all essential to the case. Dishonest and Unethical. Only in it for the money, Dr Rand was ordered to provide a forensic report in a custody matter in front of New York Supreme court. His bias is based on money and illicit contact with the attorneys. It was not until I insisted on Dr Rand calling collateral witnesses, this after months of having the names of these witnesses, that he called them.
