Intolerable lack of care/consideration. On Monday, February 19, 2024, I was given an appointment to check the two vitreous fibers that appeared in my right eye on February 11, 2024. I asked for a different time, as 2/19/24 was a day off from work, and I had made plans to have lunch with friends as well as meet other friends at 4 pm. I recently had the non flap lasik procedure performed by Dr. William Rand. The whole staff and office made me feel more than comfortable and at ease during the pre operation, operation, and post operation appointments. The whole procedure went fairly quick, and you will be surprised to have some clear vision immediately after! In my case, it took about a week and a half of slight discomfort, but around two weeks after, you are blessed with perfect vision and no discomfort for a lifetime! Don't come here for something minor like pink eye and think you'll be out in a few minutes An hour and a half later, seen by three doctors, I got a very thorough exam Be prepared to wait a long time!!!
