i called, asked for an appointment, and they hung up on me without an answer. rude .
Not only was my phone call answered at 7:30 in the morning before they opened, but I was able to get appointment the same day. Molly was fantastic and her deft skills combined with her professionalism made the visit very pleasant and reduced my apprehension of going to an event later in the day, but not having time to do my hair myself.
Lisa did my hair and did a TERRIBLE job. Talked bad about her clients, talked bad about co workers, overall not good at doing hair as someone that’s been doing it for 30+ years.
