My friend was on the verge of tears when his e-bikes screws were coming loose and he was scared the wheel was gonna pop off while he was riding, but then we walked to Rand Auto. There was a dude with a buzz cut who was super friendly, and he tightened my friends screws and told him how to fix it and where to get new ones. 10/10
I rarely leave reviews, but these guys absolutely deserve one. I recently brought my Audi in to have both axles replaced after the dealership quoted me an outrageous price. They did an excellent job and saved me around $1,000 maybe even more compared to what the dealer wanted to charge. What really impressed me was the level of care and honesty. It’s not often that I post reviews these days but the experience I had in dealing with Steve and Pete at Rand Auto warrant one. I happen to stop by the shop one day (based on a high recommendation) while I was in the area with a question on a very specific repair.
