Priscilla and Nubia did a first rate job selling our home. They went the extra mile to get us over the finish line. We had a few typical selling issues and they took extra steps to source suppliers and handy people, make ad hoc closing visits to the house, and run many showings and several rounds of negotiations. They showed their value and I felt they were a genuine partner in the closing. Strong recommend.
Nubia is simply the greatest realtor on the Cape. She was relentless in the search for a first house for my daughter. When the search seemed questionable she marched on smiling with confidence. She proved that if you try hard enough long enough you will succeed, and we did. Our hats are off to Nubia.
