Ceilings are paper thin. You can hear everything your neighbors do upstairs. You can also hear them through your headphones blasting their music. Unless the noise is happening outside of county quiet hours you just have to deal with it. Otherwise the property managers and maintenance staff do their best to help whenever I have a need or concern. As of writing this review my problem is more with the buildings rather than the staff.
. I had friends that lived here for a very short while. Stay away. Rent here is RIDICULOUS for what you get. Rough not a good place for kids. Awful.
The property manager Karissa is an absolute joy! She really cares about her properties and her residents!!
