I love living here. Nothing but good things to say about Rand at Forest Hill. I have been here a little over 2 years. The staff is awesome and management as well. Any time I needed anything they have been great about making sure things were done asap. They do not push you off if you have a need for something. Also they are great about going above and beyond to help you out. I am elderly and if I need anything they are right there. If you are looking for a nice place to live this is it. I moved into this property in July 2025, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. The flooring feels weak to the point where it sometimes sounds and feels like someone above me is about to fall through it. I can hear full conversations from other units, along with constant noise above my head. As a full-time student who also works 10-to-12-hour shifts, it has been frustrating to come home needing rest and instead deal with ongoing noise, stomping, movement, and disturbances over my head. Apts are spacious. Request for maintenance only took 1 day. Grounds are kept nicely. Neighbors are very nice.
Nice place to live close to everything in maryville no further than 20 minutes away parking sucks and walls are thin but other than that we cant complain a bit
Apartments are so cute and clean. They allow pets and didn't charge extra. Rent is reasonable for economy nowadays. Grounds are good. Dog potty area is a big help.
