Honestly, the whole process moving into Rand was super easy. The application was simple and quick to fill out online, and they got back to me way faster than I expected. The staff was really nice and kept me updated the whole time so I never felt lost in the process. We are starting our 3rd yr here and the office staff and maintenance crew are great! We have had some good updates with blding and grounds.
Terrible place to live, I live here, management sucks big time, they don't return calls, emails or texts then blame it the phone companies like Verizon, being the problem. The water was out for 5 days, no updates, main office stayed locked. Here are pictures of the playground equipment with nails that cut the kids up pretty bad, was told "it's play at your own risk!" Just dont live hear if you like quiet. Ceilings are paper thin. You can hear everything your neighbors do upstairs. You can also hear them through your headphones blasting their music. You can hear the dog barking when you're trying to sleep. You can hear them stomping around constantly as you're trying to relax. I've never lived in an apartment where it was this bad.
