HORRIBLE !!! Waited over 3 hours for a tow for the car to not even get picked up cause he brought the WRONG type of towing truck. If TIM was nicer and had more patience with me a driver with a FLAT BED wouldn't have came to pick up my car and TIM would of understood what I needed. TRASH company, TIM is TRASH, throw this company away
