What can I say besides outstanding, professional man Mr. Fred is. He truly has a heart of understanding for his tenants. I would recommend Rancier Realty to anyone looking for a rental company that goes the extra mile. The best hands down.
I've been a tennant for 2 years. Whenever I've had a minor issue, they send someone out ASAP. Responsiveness , up kept property, and the ability to reach someone when needed are very important to me. They meet my expectations. It makes it hard for me to consider renting with any other company.
