This community is drop-dead gorgeous. As a condo owner in this community, it is always maintained, with the grass being freshly cut weekly, the pool being sparkling clean, and the place just being clean in general. It is a very quiet area of Spring Valley, and it is very safe and beautiful, with a pretty nice view of the valley. Only complaints I do have are that the HOA is a ridiculous price and it is not because it is worth it, but they punish the owners for mistakes other owners make, based on many not paying their dues, ... read more
