Ordered flowers for my mother's urn, but a completely different, playful bouquet was delivered to the church. When I called the morning of my mom's funeral, the woman over the phone argued with me that they don't even sell urn sets (?!). It's now going on over a month of me trying to call and email with no response. Can't really imagine a worse experience with a florist.
