Like others have said, Sal is an honest and straightforward mechanic. At no point did I ever feel like he was trying to upsell me. Came in to diagnose a transmission problem and he had it fixed practically same day. Will be taking all of my vehicles here.
I cannot recommend Rancho Transmissions enough. They rebuilt our transmission and from start to finish he was honest, communicative, and genuinely cared about what was best for my family. Being without a car with kids is stressful, and he went above and beyond by helping rent us a car for the week so we wouldn’t be stranded. Saul and his team were awesome. I recommend this company to all my friends and family.
They were upfront about everything and honest... I asked them what is the worse case senario as to cost for my transmission rebuild which was my fear but I knew it needed to be rebuilt, they gave it to me and had nothing to hide and the price was fair and in my case less than anyone else for my 2005 Dodge Ram. I guess because they rebuild them themselves they are so good they can give a fair price.
