Nazi Park Rangers Parks are to be enjoyed. No one and I mean no one should be allowed to hassle residents out enjoying the parks. But NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. Ranger Mike (I was told was his name) hides behind trees, stalks people, scares people, is in your face, yelling, grabbed a kid by the scruff of his neck, taunts people walking their dogs.
