I brought my cat, Bandit, to this clinic for bladder surgery, trusting them with his care. However, the condition in which Bandit was discharged to me was completely unacceptable. He was suffering from internal bleeding, had not gone to the bathroom after surgery, and several crucial details from his medical records were not provided to me at the time of discharge. This office seemed good at first, but after finding out I need to make an appointment every time I need to refill my dog's arthritis medication, I realized quickly money was more important than my dog's health. I took my dog in for x-rays in April of this year, I was told she had arthritis. The vet prescribed the medication needed, and my dog had huge improvement. A money-hungry and callous vet (Dr. Aiden Kang) who I will have the pleasure of suing in small claims court.
WORST VET EVER SINCE DR. KANG TOOK OVER!!! Dr. Kang upsold us on a surgery for my dog that wasn't needed then didn't perform the surgery that we were upsold. The only way we found out about this is when we took her to another vet to clean up his mess and the new vet said that the gland that was suppose to be removed was in fact still there. Dr. Kang also blamed us in his notes for wanting the stitches out early which led to the wound being left open. Go over all your options before agreeing to anything, seriously.
I have mutliple pets (cats and dogs) and I take them all to Dr. Engelsen and Dr. Guthrie. They are so wonderful with all of them...even though one of my cats is NOT well behaved, they are super patient with her. They always explain the treatments and options to me so I feel like I understand everything. I just stumbled on this vet, but I feel so lucky to have them taking care of my animals.
