This is an awful company I believe the review written by Erika needs to be removed. She works for the company!!!!! This company has horrible customer service, do not use them if you can avoid them do so. If you communicate with them they will work with you somewhat but go totally bill collector on you using scare tactics. They are quick to threaten repo, and will repo quickly. I do no recommend them at all, I had a choice and rather than go with my previous lender I decided to give Rancho a shot and it has been a miserable e... read more
