Lived here for over 16 years, the longest I have ever been in any place in my 77 years on this planet. It's the best deal I could find for this expensive Santa Barbara region especially when you look at the amenities here ....the views the low taxes, the friendly people, the 55 and older group which tends to be more peaceful not to mention having the rent on our lots controlled so it stays in line with inflation.
