Buyers BEWARE. If you buy here management will make it almost impossible for you to sell your home when the time comes. They will hold your investment hostage. The qualification requirements for buyers are short of asking for a DNA sample from you. Please look how long homes are on the market, there is nothing wrong with the homes, many are beautifully updated.
