In therapy center those receptionist are really very rude management should look after these matter seriously or fix her attitude or train her or she can stay at home today at 8:30am I went to get information about my therapy session the way she talk which is unacceptable it's written there if the patients do any kind of misbehave they will not give the service but what about those staff who are misbehaving with the patients for patients they get the salary I think even she just turn her ID on other side so patients can't se... read more
I am recovering so well after knee surgery thanks to my extraordinary physical therapists Awston and Christina; they are extremely specialized, skillful, compassionate and caring. Every session Awston and Christina shower me with amazing personal attention, care and healing. Jess is great as well as all the San Antonio Physical Therapy staff; they are so professional and nice. Rancho Rehab Center incorrectly stated that your payment would be $36 per visit, instead of explaining it properly: "If you have met your deductible, it’s $36 per visit; otherwise, it’s $360." To my surprise, I was billed $720 each time for a one-hour service. Since I haven’t met my 2024 deductible, the billing department informed me that I owe around $2,000 for just three sessions. They are so knowledgeable and friendly. I had lost hope of a full recovery but with going to rehab for several weeks with Roger I’m almost fully recovered. I’ve been to other rehabs and this is by fair the best I’ve experienced.
