The 3 stars are for the looks and amenities!!! The people who live here aren't so bad until it's dark hours, then the complaining starts! Also most staff that works at the clubhouse are extremely rude and I feel almost prejudice! Also STUPID ASS RULES!!! About everything!!

Sure, it look since, but the HOA is horrendously overbearing (and expensive). Fines for having "Your plants are encroaching on YOUR driveway" for "Leaving your trashcan out for more than 24 hours" (heaven forbid you go out of town for two days!) for "Having an invasive weed take root in your front lawn." This place is at the beck-and-call of petty neighbors and harassing HOAs; only move here if you want to spend your every waking moment appeasing your 'HOA Masters!'
