The Coletti family along with the Given family and the Fabian family celebrated Christmas with amazing food and fun with a real White Tiger who only bit one neighbor but only because the neighbor was running around naked at the Rancho Sahuarita Club House. Otherwise, the tiger was very tame, especially when the Las Vegas strippers had accidents in the pool. (Everyone snuck in. Don't say anything) The best part of the night was when Mickey the Mook gave all the drunks free rides on the kiddie train. What a party!
Excellent place to eat. The service is good as well. The restaurant is a fun place as well.
HOA fees going up again. When will it stop. Never.. A few years and it will be over. 200 dollars a month. They feel the need to have more events and spend money on new facilities few people use. Please stop the spending.The gym doesn't need to be open 24 hours a day. Rancho Sahuarita has too many trees and too much green grass. This is the desert. We need to conserve water. So many complaints about HOA fees. When will it sink in. Much higher and the homes won't sell with such high fees.
Nice to look at but I wouldn't live there. It seems they have a Gestapo for a HOA that would make Hitler proud. No thanks.
