maybe opening the pools that we pay for, Make people make their own decisions, swim at their own risk
HOA's off the charts though and has become overcrowded with new houses going up all the time. HOA keeps going up with no new pools or gyms being built to support the overcrowding. On top of that the big pool has been down for yet another year, but HOA keeps going up. I have written and called with no resolve regarding the HOA prices. Vail HOA is no where near the cost of Rancho Sahuarita. We have been looking at moving out of here. We are getting older and the cost keeps going up. Great place to live. I've been here since October 2019 and love my home and neighborhood. Safe, secure, clean area and friendly people who wave even if they don't know you. Betty Lou Lemmon Estribo Street.
