After receiving an eviction notice ruled in court scheduled for this upcoming month and turning in a “mandatory” survey required with this months’ rent or it would be “refused”. Management was informed on said survey of the bed bound disabled young lady, senior citizen, army vet, minor and one working class tenant on my familys’ space. DO NOT BUY HERE! As an unfortunate resident of this park, I highly advise you to look elsewhere for a home. The park is poorly managed, the current administration cares nothing for its infrastructure or its residents and it shows! The roads are cracked and poorly maintained, to the point that I can stick my entire hand in some of the cracks and my balled fist in sections that are missing the road entirely.
