I actually clean one of these units for Utopia holidays. It's so close to everything. Literally across the road is the beach, shops and restaurants. A beautiful unit for a beautiful getaway.
This is quite a way off the beaten path of Peregian Beach but well worth the trek. Firstly, there is no direct access from the carpark. The easiest way to get to Rancho Relaxo II is to find Beach Access 59. A small track exits south from Beach Access 59, as shown in the photo. Simply follow this track, taking the right at each fork. If you reach the semi-burnt tree shown in the photo, you have gone slightly too far.
