Worst property management company I have ever had to deal with. They do not pay attention to their contractors so the snow removal is absolutely horrendous and then when you complain about it, their ever so intelligent staff says "we will call up the contractor to come spread some sand" well sand isn't going to take care of the foot and a half snow bank in front of my driveway! Oh and they are also owned by Qualico so if your condo was built by Qualico, you will get nowhere with the deficiencies of the common areas. They cla... read more
