I had originally left my therapist on a trial basis and he said all I had to do was call to schedule more appts. Well I did, and the secretary argued with me and said I needed a brand new referral. I told her what he had said, and said "Ok" so he had given me the wrong information. I went ahead and requested more sessions. I'm going through a lot right now and can't even eat at my own house. I have multiple injuries, I already had to wait to be seen because my NP sent the wrong recommendation so I had to wait additional days... read more
I have one session left and Rancho PT HAS BEEN AWESOME! Staff is friendly and makes the whole experience more enjoyable. Love the atmosphere and the friendly banter between everyone. Lawrence, Jen & Maria are great. Front office staff are organized and kind. I have no complaints. I’m sad that they no longer take my insurance plan but hopefully I won’t need any PT for a while anyways! Def recommend going here & am going to miss them!
What amazing journey it has been here at Rancho Physical Therapy located in Menifee. I’m beyond grateful to have experience this with an amazing team Philip, Lawrence, Jennifer, TINA, and Andrea. Phillip is very attentive and listens to his clients and it is a pleasure to go to therapy. The benefits working with Phillip in physical therapy have been beneficial to improve daily task. Thank you Rancho Physical Therapy for having such an amazing staff!
