My first visit I waited about 10-12 minutes to be seen, experience was acceptable nothing above or beyond. My second visit I was 12 minutes late, I explained that I was at my 101 yr old mothers house in orange county because she isn't doing good and have been taking care of her and I had to meet her needs before I left and then ran into some traffic..I was not late intentionally and surprised I didn't get a speeding ticket trying to get there on time, they refused to see me, they said another patient came early so they took ... read more
My husband had his first appointment for therapy on his arm that has been in pain but since his insurance changed they canceled his appointment and the following one for the following week. They told him they needed a new referral from his doctor. It seems that this people just don’t like to do there job. They could contact the new insurance company to check that he is covered but no they prefer to loose a patient and get a bad review 🤨
I had a less than satisfactory time with the office manager Teesha. She is not invested in patient care and has little to no capacity for customer service or hospitality. I recommend you take your business anywhere else if you want to be treated with any form of kindness or basic human decency. I do not traditionally leave reviews, especially negative ones unfortunately this is how strongly i feel on the matter
