I would highly recommend Weston Smith and Rancho Physical Therapy for their outstanding care and respect for patients. While dealing with ongoing health issues, they have been incredibly understanding and flexible, always willing to work around my situation and make me feel supported. I also want to recognize the front office staff for providing a great patient experience. I truly appreciate the level of care and professionalism from the entire team.
My mother currently goes for treatment. The PTs are great - knowledgeable and friendly. The front desk staff are unprofessional and unnecessarily hostile. If the business owner reads the feedback, get new front staff. Pay a decent wage to the workers or hire more workers to help them out. They seem to hate their jobs and the impression of the business is being driven down by them.
Staff are amazing first off let's get that clear, like for sure the best in their field there's a heated pool on site & anything you could possibly need to get you back to normal life
