First I want to say that If I could give this office less than zero, I would. In my previous therapy sessions, between the therapist and I, we found out the exercised I was given and had been doing were not helping and was in fact hurting, I was getting worse. This therapist told me I should not continue with these exercises and I would need an MRI. The real issue is that when I came today, I told the young lady that I needed minimum exercise because the exercises I was doing was damaging me and not helping me. I came in wit... read more
EXTREMELY HELPFUL
Poor answering there phones. Not able to get a hold of the front desk. You have to call several times in order to speak to someone from the front desk. The back staff that I like is Denise. She is an awesome therapist. Love her personality and very patient with the clients.
I read the reviews and agree Loraine or Lora the receptionist is nice but not welcoming, Nelson the physical therapy dude was cool with me, but I also felt the weird vibe or energy from him and thought I was talked about, laughed at as well.. just like someone in the reviews said. My last appointment was really hard on me. They put 5 pound weights on each ankle it was painful but not as painful til after I left I was in bed for 2 days from sever muscle spasms. I can't continue my physical therapy here. They talk bad about you behind your back and laugh at you with their team and say hurtful things when you're there as if you didn't understand. The older lady working the physical therapy is a very pretty lady & she's so kind, but the young man is the main one who I just can't with him. The ones who speak the nicest to your face are the same ones to watch out for. The people in the front desk Lora, the other young lady have no welcoming personality whatsoever.
