All of the therapists are phenomenal they are friendly and caring and encouraging I love coming here my shoulders doing really well thank you to each of you
OH MY WORD!! The manual therapist, Lily should not be a physical therapist. What on earth?? Three reasons why she has earned RPT a whopping 1 star: 1st reason: Lily FAILED to ask me for my permission before applying the smelly muscle relaxer gel on my skin and hair. And, so now I have to take a 2nd shower today, just to wash the smelly muscle relaxer gel off of my back; the back of my neck; AND all of my hair on the back of my head, above the lower neck.
