I came 5 min late and they turned me away. My appt was at 4pm and they say they needed me to fill paperwork. I offered to fill it rightaway. They refused and turned me away. They are more worried about paperwork than helping their clients. If paperwork needs lot of time, then why don’t they book the appt for 330pm instead of 4! Horrible customer service! Very unfriendly. Think twice before going to this one.
These people are constantly cancelling appointments with every excuse in the book I don't even know how they have clients, honestly. This is physical therapy not a routine doctor's appointment. The only way for physical therapy to be effective, is if you are receiving it regularly. Having 2 sometimes 3 or 4 weeks in-between appointments, because on the day of your appointment they call you with some excuse as to why the physical therapist didn't come to work, is not doing anything for anyone and the treatment will not be eff... read more
