This establishment has contacted me twice for a person named Cicero (not quite sure in spelling), once back in October and then again 2/28/25. Both times the establishment has been told they have the wrong number and that person is not at the number they called. Somehow I still keep getting calls months between each other. Please update your system to reflect that. Thanks.

I came 5 min late and they turned me away. My appt was at 4pm and they say they needed me to fill paperwork. I offered to fill it rightaway. They refused and turned me away. They are more worried about paperwork than helping their clients. If paperwork needs lot of time, then why don’t they book the appt for 330pm instead of 4! Horrible customer service! Very unfriendly. Think twice before going to this one.
