For a medical facility the the lady who answers the phone is rude and hing up on my husband. We are trying to find a office which has a M.D. on site. We were told we can walk in on Monday. But told something else on Monday morning. Trying to speak with the front desk clerk and she hung up on my husband. the High school uses this office for physicals and drug testing. But I will be letting other parents know to go to the urgent care in calimesa.
I havent been to my new doctor in 2 years since I switched over..i had super bad experiences with Rebecca! Today I went to my first appointment in 2 years (it was my new years resolution) and my doctor was eric I really liked him! He listened to everything i said about what's going on with me and gave me referrals for everything...I'm so glad I found a good doctor Thank you Erick
I’m really upset I tried calling 3 times to schedule an appointment for my son within the last week and haven’t received a call back from scheduling and always get a voicemail for someone named Sara. The general recording says that we will be receiving a call back within 24 hours. I’m wondering if this place is even open.
