Legit one of the safest and most beautiful areas
Don’t believe the PR about this place. Expensive with Mello Roos, high HOA, cheap sponsor signs on public places I pay to maintain. Landscaping a joke as residents have to clean up messes when done. Traffic on Cow Camp like freeway. Bike paths with golf carts full of kids. Home improvements made with no consideration of impact on neighbors. In a historic drought a million gallon lagoon is opened. Pools closed regularly due to contamination.
