STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!! My insurance company used them for roadside assistance (tow) for me and it was AWFUL!!!! They stated the original pickup time as 45 minutes, but the driver of the tow truck kept getting 'lost' and it took almost 3 hours for him to finally show. I was on the side of the 15 freeway on an incredibly hot day in full motorcycle gear. The guy that answered the phone was so so so unprofessional and rude that I'm actually going to cancel my policy with Nationwide because of it...
