Erica and Cody are the worse and as soon as you sign your lease you will see a whole new personality emerge with this company. you cant even complain because the office manager is dating the co owner... its rediculous. They lose paperwork and if you dont have your own copy they take advantage of it by changing agreements. dog poop is everywhere, gardeners walk around with leaf blowers but do nothing else and maintenance Staff gets turned over every few months, most are not trained per thier own words. Rancho hillside is the worst for people with special needs. Allows residents and maintenance staff to use the parking illegally and without recourse. we have a contract with a tow but apparantly they cant call them.. wtf! Julian is the worst when dealing with this issue. He thinks sticking a cone in front of the spot will fix the problem and even though he knows the specific resident that is the highest offender he wont do anything. few months ago I caught a staff member sleeping in one of the model apartments. this whole co... read more
