I worked with John and Paras for my 2025 Toyota Prius. It could not have been easier or smoother. They were upfront and very fair throughout the whole process of putting my deal together. When there was an honest hiccup, they owned up to it and made things right as if it never happened. It’s almost unheard of to find this kind of customer service and transparency in a car dealership experience. I could not be happier and will send anybody I can in their direction. A+ all the way.

Nothing but positive experiences in the service department. Professional, communicative, and efficient. We come from Orcutt to SLO and avoid the SM dealership... 100% worth the drive!
