If I were the owner of the park, I would make it a security gate for entrance. I would stock the pond with edible fish. Let the residents enjoy an aquaponics system.
Beautiful setting with lakes
Great owner-owned mobile home park in SB county IMO. Have lived here for 25 years. I love the lake and the birds that populate it. People are good and there are monthly meetings. Have a little space around my house to garden - just my size. Drawback is the airport is next to it so there’s a lot of noise and particulate deposits from the fuel. Noise is not all day just in clumps.
