He addresses every situation and handles it quickly and efficiently. Armando Ramos is in charge of all major maintenance on the property. He is knowledgeable and quick to respond. I appreciate all that Oscar and Armando do to make living here more enjoyable….

once the decision was made to finally change the worn out and torn in places carpet, the new rug was installed efficiently and with great care of my furniture.
Maintainence requests are always handled promptly and efficiently. Oscar the manager and Armando the service technician are always responsive and so pleasant. Laundry room immaculate. Couldn't be happier living here.
